John Ward
John Ward was one of the prime forces in developing a mortgage programme that has enabled many people to become home owners rather than mortgage owners by reducing the time frame required to pay the home off without increasing their current payment structures.
This programme was developed in conjunction with Accountants, Solicitors, Computer programmers and is unique in it's own right. It is the only program available commercially that allows the client to manage their own plan without incurring ongoing costs. It has computerised back up for the client and greatly assists them in controlling their financial structure.
Added to this is the money management techniques and knowledge gained by the client that have previously been closely guarded secrets by a select few. The client gains an invaluable insight into the banking industry, knowledge that will save them many thousands of dollars over their lifetime.
John has a wealth of practical experience in finance, insurance and real estate products gleaned from years of involvement with those industries that have culminated in the HOME Mortgage Plan being made available to the General Public. He has presented the product in seminars across Australia for several Companies wishing to promote the product. The next step in the process was the initial development of the software program "The Power Over Money" which was programmed by Mr. Charles Chaaya of Compusoft Systems Pty Ltd in Brisbane. Charles has since developed the software package to a state of the art program for the budgeter and the serious investor alike.
John further embarked on imparting that knowledge through Community Education programs conducted at TAFE colleges via the ACE program, to assist people to avoid the many pitfalls they may encounter.
